On Sunday 19Th September the weather stayed fine enough for us to have an outdoor gathering for the first time in some months.
The last couple of months have seen an influx of local visitors to the PolyOz site and many had shown an interest in attending our social events, so it was a much larger than usual that turned up to enjoy the sunshine.
Tigersgirl did her usual catering and good food was enjoyed along with some lively discussion, as well as welcoming first timers to the group. The discussion ranged from baby boomers and the poly lifestyle, terminology used for relationships today, the formation of a regular women's group all the way through to the fact that there isn't a nationally or perhaps an internationally recognized poly symbol that could be used to identify people or businesses that are poly friendly.
All in all a fun and successful afternoon and we are looking forward to the next gathering in October and the Melbourne Cup weekend in November when we should see a larger contingent of locals at Gary's Ranch for the Country Poly get-away.
