SUBMISSIONS
For all of the User submissions that you post, you will retain all copyright control and ownership. PolyOz respects the rights of individuals and will not grant any rights that extend beyond those already granted by the artist. PolyOz does not pre-screen User submissions that users provide or otherwise submit via the Site or Services; however, PolyOz may remove any posted or submitted User submissions from the Site or any Service for any reason without notice in its sole discretion. By posting or submitting your User submissions, you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the Intellectual Property Rights and other rights to your User submissions as described in these Terms of Service, including all the rights necessary for you to post or submit your User submissions. While you retain copyright control of submitted submissions, submission provides to PolyOz a limited license to PolyOz to use submitted submissions for marketing or promotional purposes, provided that reasonable efforts are taken by PolyOz to receive permission regarding such use from you.
PRIVACY
PolyOz will use and protect your data, such as your name, email address, and in accordance with the PolyOz Online Privacy Policy, the contents of which are incorporated by reference herein.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

INDEMNITY AND LIABILITY
You agree to indemnify and hold PolyOz and its officers, other partners and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your User submissions and any other content (e.g. computer viruses) that you may submit, post to or transmit through the Site (including a third party's use of such User submissions or content; (b) your access to or use of the Site, Services or submissions (c) your connection to the Site, Services or submissions; (d) your violation of the Terms of Service; (e) your infringement of any third party's Intellectual Property Rights when using any of the Software made available on the Site, Services or in any submissions; or (f) your violation of any rights of any third party.

polyoz.net.au is an online social networking community that connects poly people through networks of friends for discussion or making new friends. To accomplish this, our users create their own profiles which are shown to the people in their personal network. A personal network consists of a user's friends as well as the extended group of people that a user is connected to via chains of mutual friends. To fulfill the purpose of this site, some personal information we ask for is displayed to people within these personal networks.

polyoz.net.au collects user-submitted account information such as name and email address to identify users and send notifications related to the use of the service. polyoz.net.au also collects user-submitted profile information such as gender, age, occupation, location, etc.

This is information we collect that is not personally identifiable, such as browser type and IP address. This information is gathered for all users to the site.

Information users submit to polyoz.net.au
Profile information as well as first name and photos are displayed to people in a user's personal network, to support the function of the site as social networking community where users can meet new people through their friends. Email address and full name are used when a user invites a friend via email to join the service, when a user requests to add another user to their friend list, and when we send notifications to a user related to their use of the service. Except when inviting or adding friends, a user's email address is not shared or displayed with people within a user's personal network. Users within a personal network communicate on polyoz.net.au with each other through the polyoz.net.au service, without disclosing email addresses. We may also use a user's email address to send weekly updates or news regarding our site, but the user may choose not to receive email of this type by accessing their Account Info.

If a user elects to use our Invite feature to invite a friend to our site, we ask them for the friend's email address. polyoz.net.au will automatically send the friend an email inviting them to join the site. polyoz.net.au stores this email address for the purpose of automatically adding the respondent to the friends list of the user sending the invitation, and also to send reminders of the invitation. polyoz.net.au does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides invitations and invitation reminders. The friend may contact polyoz.net.au to request the removal of this information from our database.
